1. Scope
These terms govern use of the website xohanooc.com and the XOhan Ads console. The console is an internal business tool provided to employees and authorised contractors; it is not offered to the general public and there is no self-service registration.
2. Permitted use
- Use is limited to the advertising and measurement work of the company and the apps it owns.
- Only provisioned accounts may sign in; credentials must not be shared.
- The tool must not be used to upload data for accounts or apps the company does not control.
3. Demo access
The public demo account opens a sandbox populated with static sample data. It performs no live API calls. It may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
4. Third-party services
The console interoperates with Google Ads and with measurement partners. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, including the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and the Google Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms grants rights over third-party platforms.
5. Data and privacy
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability
The tool is provided on an as-available basis for internal use. Maintenance windows, partner outages and API quota limits may interrupt processing; the pipeline queues work rather than dropping it, but no specific availability level is guaranteed.
7. Intellectual property
The website, the console and their content belong to XOhan Ads. You may not copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the tool is provided without warranties, and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use is excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated; the effective date on this page reflects the current version.
